My Learning Campus answers your questions about your care, exercise good mental and physical health, and better connection to your community. It is a free, online platform that offers courses to meet the needs of our community members. 

Our courses cover essential topics like health, well-being and everyday challenges. It is designed so everyone has the tools they need to thrive. It can also walk you through Trillium and how to get the services and support you need. Here’s a closer look at what makes My Learning Campus a one-stop resource for your health and wellness.

1. Courses offer practical tools to use in your daily life

The courses on My Learning Campus address real-life challenges and opportunities. Are you a new member with Trillium? Check out the “New Member Orientation” training. Looking to eat better so you feel better? “Heathy Eating Tips” or “How to Use Instacart to Order Groceries Online” can help you make good choice around choosing and receiving food. My Learning Campus also features courses around Innovations Waiver, Medicaid benefits and supporting loved ones with disabilities. 

Each lesson gives solutions and inspires personal growth. Whatever questions or curiosities you have, My Learning Campus has something for everyone.

2. Supporting healthy, happy kids and their development

We know the importance of supporting educators, parents and students. Through our Safe Schools Healthy Kids resources, My Learning Campus provides guidance on crucial topics, from bullying to self-care. Growing up can be difficult. We want our youth, parents and caregivers confident in their ability to weather any storm. Courses align with North Carolina Health Standards and the new Student Success Standards. Some topics you’ll see when browsing the site include:

  • Anxiety and stress management
  • Emotional and behavioral issues
  • Helping Kids Succeed in School 504 Plans and IEPs
  • Suicide prevention and crisis response
  • Communication and relationship skills 

Each student is going to engage with content differently. That’s why all of our lesson plans are adaptable, spanning from elementary to high school levels, with activities and materials that are easy to adjust based on student needs.

Trillium offers trainings, resources, and materials for parents and teachers. Trillium asked schools in our region to help learn what information is needed both for staff training and to share with parents.

Trainings and tip sheets from Safe Schools Healthy Kids have been added to the Member My Learning Campus, Trillium's free, online training website!

You now have one place to find all our trainings on mental health, early prevention, recognizing warning signs, and more.
At the heart of Safe Schools Healthy Kids, we focus on these essential elements:

  • Access to Mental Health Services

Each lesson plan is adjustable for the functional level of the students with learning activities ranging from elementary through high school for each content area. These lesson plans, as well as an abundance of other resources, are available on the Member My Learning Campus.

These resources help foster safe, supportive school environments and are customizable for all grade levels.

3. Making sure everyone can access information

My Learning Campus works to place vital information in the hands of those who need it most. Our training team includes master’s level educators who ensure courses are engaging and meet rigorous standards. Courses align with Medicaid and Trillium readability standards. Accessibility features follow 508 and WCAG 2.1 policies. This commitment ensures that everyone, regardless of background or ability, can learn comfortably and confidently. 

My Learning Campus also offers resources specifically tailored for our Spanish-speaking members, providing direct links to North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services materials in Spanish. Click “Español” under Categories when in My Learning Campus to find a full selection of available courses. This helps ensure that language is never a barrier to learning or accessing critical information.
