This initiative ensures youth have immediate access to mental health support, anytime, anywhere, on their phone, tablet, or computer. Teens can get started by visiting talkspace.com/ncyouth to confirm eligibility and sign up for therapy within minutes, and use the keyword ‘ncyouth’ when prompted.
