To support this transition, Trillium is partnering with Andros, a trusted leading provider network management firm, to facilitate contracting with physical health and LTSS providers. Andros has started reaching out directly to providers to help complete this process. They will assist Trillium in working with providers to add an amendment option for physical health providers that currently have a Tailored Plan Behavioral Health Contract with Trillium.

Contracting Changes for Trillium Physical Health Network
Trillium Health Resources is making an important update to our provider network management. Trillium will be transitioning to a unified claims system for Tailored Plan operations on July 1, 2026. To ensure that your organization can continue serving Trillium members without any disruption in payment, Trillium is inviting Physical Health and long-term services and supports (LTSS) providers to contract directly with Trillium. Contracting directly can strengthen our partnership and support the delivery of coordinated and efficient care. This transition allows us to enhance our provider relationships, streamline billing and paperwork processes, and better support your practice.
We are asking providers to review and sign a Procurement Contract for Provision of Services (or amendment) between Trillium and your organization to contract directly with Trillium. The agreement can be reviewed and signed quickly and securely through DocuSign at the following link:
