Current Service Needs

Trillium does not currently have identified gaps in the Tailored Plan Medicaid or Medicaid Direct (PIHP) network for any Closed Network Services and is not accepting applications. Closed network services include: 

• Child and Adolescent Day Treatment
• Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)
• Community Support Team (CST)
• Intensive In-Home Services
• Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) Services
• Substance Abuse Non-Medical Community Residential Treatment 
• Substance Abuse Medically Monitored Community Residential Treatment 
• Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF-IID)
• Residential Supports (Innovations Waiver)
• Respite (Innovations Waiver/1915i)
• Financial Support Services (Innovations Waiver)

All other Medicaid services in Trillium’s are open for application by emailing NetworkServicesSupport@TrilliumNC.org.

Trillium is not accepting applications for State Funded services at this time. All State Funded services are part of Trillium's closed network.
