Trillium’s Community Liaisons know their communities. They spend their time at health fairs, events, and meetings, representing Trillium and THRive Local. Get to know them and say hi when you see them! 

Much of Trillium’s funding from counties is invested back into those local communities, supporting the types of programs and service needs identified through our regional relationships and board members.

Building thriving communities requires everyone's participation. Whether you're a county leader, provider organization, community member, or concerned resident, there are meaningful ways to engage Trillium's mission.
